At Training Arc Gear, we’re dedicated to getting your fitness gear to you as efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China via our trusted logistics partner, ShipReadyGo.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: We process orders within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

  • Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative per our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: Shipping typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delays: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays. We’re not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we’ll keep you updated if issues arise.

Shipping Costs

  • Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and size. All costs are in CAD (Canadian Dollar).

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 CAD—a little thank-you for gearing up with us!

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is damaged, defective, or incorrect (see our Refund Policy for details).

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. If your location isn’t available at checkout, email us at support@trainingarcgear.com to inquire about options.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your package’s journey on the ShipReadyGo website or your local carrier’s site after customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Orders: If your package doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipment, contact us at support@trainingarcgear.com. We’ll investigate and work with ShipReadyGo to resolve it.

  • Damaged Items: If your gear arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping costs or product prices and vary by location.
