Training Arc Gear Refund Policy
At Training Arc Gear, we’re committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our fitness gear and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our refund policy works:
Eligibility for Refunds
Timeframe: We accept refund requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or modification are not eligible.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with your refund request.
How to Request a Refund
Contact Us: Email us at support@trainingarcgear.com with your order details and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item.
Return Shipping: Once approved, ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your return authorization. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Processing: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, email us at support@trainingarcgear.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.
Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost, including return shipping.
Non-Refundable Items: Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). Note that our products ship from China, with typical delivery times of 7-14 business days.
